The GAAPx Score and its use cases are a proposed framework designed to help finance teams think about and plan for AI adoption. They are strictly for informational and educational purposes.
They do not constitute accounting, legal, financial or professional advice, nor do they represent an official industry standard or certification. You must check anything important with your own professional advisers before acting on it or making business decisions based on your score.
2. Your answers and submissions
By submitting answers to the assessment, you agree that CFOsquared Inc. may use them in an anonymised and aggregated form (for example, to establish industry benchmarks), as described in our Privacy page. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
You confirm that you have the authority to share any information you submit. Please do not submit proprietary, confidential or sensitive data that you are not legally or contractually allowed to share.
3. Site usage and intellectual property
The GAAPx framework, content, text and design on this site are owned by CFOsquared Inc.. You are welcome to use the site and your assessment results for your own internal business planning. You may not scrape, copy, resell or publicly redistribute our frameworks or site content without our prior written permission. Do not attempt to disrupt, hack or misuse the site.
4. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We provide this site on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to make the GAAPx Score a helpful tool, we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or suitability for your specific business.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CFOsquared Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or losses arising from your use of the site or your reliance on the GAAPx Score.
